You can choose between various characters, snowboards, circuits, and all kinds of tricks you'll have to land if you want to get a high score. To the developer, should he/she read this: Please gain permission from Tiger Technologies to either officially take after their abandoned app and/or convert their bulb archive for compatibility with this program.Snowboard Party: World Tour is a 3D snowboarding game that might remind you of Cool Boarders as you play. If this app can somehow be designed to take advantage of those resources, it would be absolutely perfect. The Tiger Technology archive contained themes covering every conceivable holiday, both religious and secular, including many seasons, hobbies and other interests. It is possible, per instructions on the developer website, to design your own bulbs for MacLampsX but it would be that much more appealing if the hundreds of bulbs that already exist could be imported or converted for compatibility. I hope the developer can release a script that will automate the process of converting the Windows XP or Mac OS 9 bulb archive OR that the MacLampsX program itself can undergo an update that will allow it to import the extensive (exhaustive) collection of original bulbs, screensaver and desktop themes. * This program would be a flawless replacement, except for the fact that it does not appear to import bulb files created for the original application. Tiger Technologies still has a support page that allows users to download the software for Mac OS 9 (PPC) and Windows XP (bulb file archive and programs) but there are no new updates because the company has changed their focus. After that, the app began to run flawlessly.įor those who go way back with the Mac OS, Classic days, MacLampsX is inspired by Tiger Technologies Holiday Lights program. I had to uncheck that box before I got the screen saver running. The app default checks a Screen Saver Mode option "Enter screen saver mode only for the MacLampsX Screensaver". Initially, I had to toggle between a blank playlist and songs that I dragged and dropped from my iTunes library before the audio kicked in. MacLampsX runs well under OS X 10.6.8 "Snow Leopard".
